Leadership Academy (RHCLA)
The Rio Hondo College Leadership Academy provides staff from all employee groups an opportunity to learn and work together to enhance their ability to lead from any position on campus. This program requires an intensive 10 month commitment that offers over 60 hours of engaging professional development for individual participants and culminates in the implementation of a Campus Improvement Project. If you are seriously considering moving into or advancing in community college management, or if you are willing to share your experience and expertise as a manger, the SanFACC Mentor program may be for you. Seeking to build both individual and regional leadership capacity, this program pairs mentees with mentors from neighboring colleges in the San Gabriel Valley.
