WINTER and SPRING 2025 REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

To locate your registration date and time use the table below to find the number of units you completed prior to Fall 2024.

  • You are a Continuing Student if you were enrolled in the Fall 2024 semester.

  • You are a Returning Student if you previously attended Rio Hondo College, but were not enrolled during the Fall 2024 semester. You must submit a new, updated application before you can register.

  • You are a New Student if you have never registered at Rio Hondo College. You must submit an application before you can register.

State Mandated Special Priority groups begin registration on Monday, October 28.


Students who have completed over 99 units at Rio Hondo College are no longer eligible for priority registration, for your eligible registration date see below.

Dual Enrollment students must submit a new application and a high school concurrent enrollment letter every semester until they graduate from high school.

Veterans: To receive Veteran benefits, including priority registration contact the Veterans Service Center in SS150.*
*If you are currently in the military or you are a veteran who does not wish to receive veteran benefits, you still qualify to register on the military priority registration date. Bring your military ID or your DD214 to the Admissions & Records Office to apply for priority.

SUMMER 2025 Registration Dates and Times

Registration begins at 8:00 am for all the dates listed below. Your registration date is based on the number of units you had completed prior to Spring 2025.


Primary Term 10-week session: Monday, June 2 – Friday, August 8, 2025

  • You are a Continuing Student if you were enrolled in the Spring 2025 semester.

  • You are a Returning Student if you previously attended Rio Hondo College, but were not enrolled during the Spring 2025 semester. You must submit a new, updated application before you can register.

  • You are a New Student if you have never registered at Rio Hondo College. You must submit an application before you can register.


Probation students and students who have completed over 99 units at Rio Hondo College are no longer eligible for priority registration. These students may register starting March 7.


Enrichment high school students must submit a new application and a high school concurrent enrollment letter every semester until they graduate from high school.


Veterans: To receive Veteran benefits, including priority registration contact the Veterans Service Center in SS150.*
