AltaMed serves the entire family with primary medical care, HIV and chronic care, dental clinics and complete senior long-term care services, including senior case management, and the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

We offer high quality, low-cost primary health care at seven state-of-the-art clinic sites in San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties.

For your convenience, some of our sites offer extended evening and weekend hours, same day appointments, pharmacy and laboratory services on-site, and free door to door transportation.

Our board-certified or board-eligible medical doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners serve all members of the community, regardless of insurance status. Uninsured patients can receive help in enrolling in insurance or may be eligible to pay on a sliding fee scale.

A growing Federally Qualified Health Center with five clinics in the San Gabriel Valley. We provide comprehensive preventative and primary health care services, as well as pediatric, women’s health, behavioral health and dental care.
