There is a legal/ethical requirement by the state of California and the Board of Psychology that Rio Hondo Student Health and Psychological Services has a signed “Permission to treat a minor” form from the parent or legal guardian if a student is under 18 years of age. In order to ensure that the signature is valid, the signatory’s name, phone number and address is required.
In order to receive services the minor must be enrolled in classes and pay the Student Health Fee.
