Wellness & Wonderful Wednesday Workshop Series – Latin Dance for Fitness

Latin Dance for Fitness combines dance, Latin and Funk rhythms, and aerobic elements to provide a fun, upbeat, cardiovascular workout. We will constantly move to various genres of Latin music, utilizing various tempos.
