The SanFACC Mentor program seeks to build individual and regional leadership capacity among current full-time employees and will be accepting applications for the 2024-2025 academic year.   Mentees with a clear interest in entering or advancing in community college management are paired with mentors from neighboring colleges already serving in an administrative role.   To find out more, review the attached program description and this Information Session.
