Consider joining this 6 week pilot program where 8-10 Rio Hondo College faculty and staff gather in a facilitated dialogue to discuss race, systemic racism, and white privilege among other topics. We will explore how racism affects our college environment and communities and practice anti-racist strategies.

Faculty can earn 12 hours of FLEX credit.
