The Community College Research Center’s (CCRC) latest research on Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (iPASS) considers promising practices for supporting Black, Latinx, and low-income learners. In this webinar, researchers will present data analyses designed to identify colleges where racial and income equity gaps narrowed following advising and student support reforms. They will discuss how they made key analytic decisions, such as which outcomes to measure, how to define the sample, and ways to incorporate qualitative data. The webinar will also feature administrators from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, who will discuss how the college uses data to inform efforts to improve the experiences and outcomes of racially minoritized students.
