COLEGAS will feature best practices that our community college system can adopt locally to increase Latina/o/x/e Student Success. We also highlight academic scholars doing research to inform our practices as well as information to support Latinx employees to ascend throughout the span of jobs in our system. Finally, we ensure to address current issues Latinx community members face in order to ensure we are disrupting systemic oppression as quickly as possible.
