The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO), in partnership with the California Community Colleges Classified Senate (4CS) and California School Employees Association (CSEA), is inviting all classified professionals to complete a needs assessment to gauge professional development needs related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). As the CCCCO develops a more inclusive professional development plan, we want input from classified professionals to inform the design and implementation of DEI-related professional development intended to support them in their roles.

This voluntary needs assessment will take approximately 14 minutes to complete and will close on Friday, November 5th, at 5:00PM. If you are a classified professional, we encourage you to fill out the assessment as soon as possible so that your voice is heard.
