Speech faculty Patricia Hughes, Wendy Lai and Libby Curiel will share what they’ve learned from their time working together collaborating on the development of an Open Educational Resource that is culturally affirming, and supports both universal design and equity.

They will highlight recent research findings about community college part time faculty experiences, as well as their personal takeaways of working together.

The discussion will be useful for other full and part time faculty seeking to collaborate in order to move towards equity, as well as to administrators seeking to support and facilitate such collaboration.
