Walk-Run-Bike-Swim-Hike…. all of these are great ways to burn calories, the more you do these activities the more you will like your results.
20+ minutes a day not to slow not to fast……….unless you want to go fast, then go fast, faster, you get the idea. Make the workout work for you and what you need.
If you cannot workout everyday that’s ok, try for 2-3 times a week.
