Transportation is coordinated through the Facilities Services Office. District vehicles may be used for approved athletic events, fields trips, visiting other colleges, and other related District business.
REQUESTING DISTRICT VEHICLES
- Use of District vehicles is on a first-come, first-served basis and shall be used for trips of not more than 100 miles one-way
- The transportation request should be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of the trip
- Vehicles must be returned the same day of use and are not to be kept overnight
- Seats may not be removed from the vans for any reason
- All vehicle usage requires a Transportation Request Form signed by a department manager or Dean
- Drivers must be 18 years of age or older, have valid California Driver’s Licenses and have District approval prior to operating District Vehicles
