Río Hondo (RHC), in collaboration with the Los Angeles County Office of the Assessor (LACOA) and the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), offers an exciting education to employment pathway for students who have completed 60 college units. The RHC Assessor Career Preparation Program consists of 4 TUITION FREE noncredit courses. Students who successfully complete the program’s required courses will earn the Certificate of Completion in California Property Taxation & Appraisal and be eligible to apply for an employment opportunity as an Appraiser Assistant in Los Angeles County.
