Our noncredit real estate courses are offered at no tuition cost and are approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). These courses fulfill the education requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson License and can be applied toward the California Real Estate Broker License requirements. Taught by experienced real estate professionals, this program provides the foundational knowledge and practical skills you need to succeed in the industry. Upon completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion verifying eligibility to take the California Real Estate Salesperson License Exam.
