How Many Hours Do I Owe?
The number of FLEX hours required is based on how many classes you teach each semester. This information is included on instructor load sheets and is available 24/7 via our FLEX Reporter online system. You can estimate hours owed by reviewing the FLEX/Instructional Load Grid (PDF).
How Do I Report My Hours?
There are two ways to be credited for FLEX:
- For on-campus, pre-approved group activities (i.e. FLEX Day…), sign-in on the sheets provided. These are forwarded to the FLEX Office where your hours will be credited.
- To input and request credit for individual plans and individual activities log onto FLEX Reporter.
Note: Old hard copy FLEX forms are no longer accepted and will be returned to faculty.
