Kinesiology
We offer both Activity and Theory courses to meet our students’ educational needs. To clarify the difference in the schedule: KIN = Theory course and KINA = Activity course. Some of our theory (KIN) courses are offered fully online, hybrid, or in our traditional on-campus classrooms. We have an exciting and dynamic Kinesiology faculty to capture your interests and allow you to take control of your health and wellness for a lifetime.
Our activity (KINA) courses are only offered in a traditional on-campus manner. No online or hybrid courses are available. For RHC graduation, 2 of your 62 units required must be KINA units. All KINA courses and the following DANC courses will meet this RHC graduation requirement.
