The Outcomes Committee, a committee of the Academic Senate, develops campus policy relating to Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) and Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs), provides guidance and support to faculty and other campus members in the creation of Outcomes, aids in the review of Outcomes to ensure a uniform, high-level standard of assessment is practiced, and regularly evaluates college Outcomes policies to ensure that current practices are relevant, meaningful, and appropriately linked to the program review process, college planning, and budget processes.
