Welcome to Rio Hondo EOPS/CARE Program
GOALS
EOPS program's primary goal is to encourage the enrollment, retention and
transfer of students handicapped by language, social, economic and
educational disadvantages and to facilitate the successful completion of
their goals and objectives in college. EOPS offers academic and
support counseling, financial aid and other support services.

E.O.P. & S. /C.A.R.E is a comprehensive program committed to providing
compassionate, innovative, above and beyond services to students facing
economic and educational challenges. Our mission is to work in
partnership with students and the campus community to enable students to
fulfill their highest educational potential.
