Class Descriptions
AM Yoga:
Characterized by flowing poses and sequences that
are linked to the breath. Long, slow deep holds are
emphasized in this unique internal approach to yoga.
A wonderful class for moving deeper into the
connective tissue of the body, and a great way to
restore the body for everyone -- from new Yogis to
elite athletes. This class will be co-taught for
more personal attention.
Instructors: Esther Baker assisted by Carol McDowell
