Students interested in applying to the RN and VN programs at Rio Hondo College need to complete the following:

• Copy of high school diploma
   
• Unofficial copy of transcripts from all of the colleges applicant has attended, this includes Rio Hondo College
   
• If applicant has a degree from another college/university a copy of transcripts is required
   
• If applicant has worked or volunteered in a health care facility, verification on letterhead is needed from the facility
   
• If applicant has taken the ATI Teas test, an official copy of the test needs to be submitted with the nursing application
