Transcripts
Upon written request transcripts
and verifications will be issued. Transcripts include grades of all courses taken at
Rio Hondo. Verifications may include any of the following: enrollment,
attendance dates, non-enrollment, grade point average or degree. Please indicate what you
need to be verified. The first two copies requested are free of
charge. Any additional documents requested are $3.00 each. This
includes all documents requested in the past. You may send your request to:

Include:
- Name (include any prior names)
- Current address
- Current phone number
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number/Student ID Number
- Mailing address
- Student signature is required (will not process if omitted)
If you submit the transcript request in person you will be required to
verify your identity with a photo ID.
Please note:
Applicant is responsible for correct
mailing address. Allow 10 working days to process request. Any outstanding debts
and obligations must be cleared before transcripts or verifications will be
processed.
